I had a shopping therapy day today with my mom! Well we actually started for the hospital to meet a friend of mom's (she broke her leg, don't panic!) but oh well! My camera is broken so I used another camera to take these photos. I am sorry for the quality. I fell for those high heels (the color is bright blue but it does not show) and I cannot wait to wear them.I had a splendid day.

STRAWBERRIES! Start your day with some strawberries. Did you know? One cup of strawberries can fill 100% of your daily need on Vitamin C! You can blend them with some other fruits, or just with some sugar (just half a spoon though guys!) and some milk. I guarantee you will only be a little hungry after 12pm!
HERE IS THE BREAKFAST PLAN:
- 1 red apple
- 4-5 strawberries
- 3/4 cup yogurt 2%
- 1/2 cup milk 2%
- 5 almonds
Blend all the ingredients together and VOILA! You can add some ice cubes on a hot day
DETOX DAY DIET
It is truly essential to detox for at least one day a week. This diet will tone you up and give you the energy you need (and help you lose some pounds too!).
smoothie with 150ml low fat milk, 200ml yogurt 2%, 1 spoon chia seeds,
2 full spoons of yogurt 2% with 3 spoons of muesli and some berries.
1 cup of strawberries or some almonds.
green salad with salmon, avocado, tomatoes, cucumber and courgettes
some cherries or 2 apricots
1 roasted fish with boiled green vegetables.
It would be good to drink at least 2L of water a day and go for a jog at least for 30 min.
